  1. When you start the program you will see to the right of the large blue "Start" block, a Grey block "Carry Forward a 2022 tax file". Select this and all the relevent information from 2022 will be transmitted to this new file.
  2. In the Interview tab left panel under Quebec tax credits you will see Senior home support. Select this and the right panel will show several options. Select "You lived in a condominium". This will open a page in the right panel that will allow you to enter the information from the TPZ-1029.MD.5.

  6. @Geo123 Why would you select "No" for income when he states that she has income?
  7. Check her "Dependant ID " page and see if, near the bottom of the page, "Did this dependant have any income" is set to "No". If so then change it to "Yes" and try again.

  9. In the left panel go to "Identification" (the first selection) and read the section titled "CRA - NETFILE Access Code"

  11. A few questions: Did they actually issue a cheque? If yes then go to your CRA account and see if they reported it. If not then you have no income to report for this amount less than $10.
