I have tried researching, I have tried uninstalling and re-installing.
March 6th I purchased and installed this. It asked for my activation key, and it asked if I wanted to import the details from Ufile 2015 - which I did.
March 13th I wanted to start our returns and neither 2016 or 2015 will open (previous Ufile years are fine). I am not getting an error message. I tried Gaetan's advice about searching for the thomson files and deleting them (they don't seem to be there.)
I don't want to switch software but this is too frustrating.
