Hi All,

just questions out of curiosity! I have one T4 and rental income to report.

Need feedback from community members about Ufile.

i am just surprised to see Ufile is just about $13, while premiere version of other leading software costs $70+. (that includes rental).

Why should i use UFile? Does it have same features as other provider? why it is cheap?

Is this version good for rental income and deductions?

Lastly, i have no laptop with CD, is dowloading works fine?

Thank you.

Hello Eemaar,

I suggest you give it a go. UFile Online and UFile for Windows are free to try. You only pay if you wish to view/print the return and/or NETFILE.

You can try UFile Online from the following link: https://secure.ufile...ount/login.aspx

If you prefer, you can download UFile 2016 for Windows from the link below:

I just wanted to add that if you live in Quebec, it is the best adapted software to the provincial return. If you live outside Quebec, you have many more choices available, that are well adapted to provincial returns outside of Quebec.
