To do so, please follow the steps below: 1- In the "QuikClik Navigator", on the left-hand side of the screen, select "Medical and disability". 2- On the page to the right, choose "Medical expenses" and enter the amount of medical expenses that have not been reimbursed by a drug insurance plan. You have two options, you can: a) Enter the amounts one by one. On your right, click on the "+" sign next to the mention "Add another". That allows you to add additional lines. b) Enter only the total amount on one line and add a note referring to a list of the fees. 3- In the first field, provide a brief description of the fees. 4- In the field with a dollar sign, enter the amount not covered by your drug insurance plan. 5- To view the details of the medical expenses, click on the "Tax return" tab and in the "Select a page" section, choose the line "Medical expenses (Federal)" and, if you are a resident of Quebec, the line "Medical expenses (Quebec)". Yes that Soap error happens when you netfile but then like you said there is no option to get the confirmation, I think what happens is instead of getting the confirmation page you get Soap files missing something… I would suggest to wait a few business days then phone CRA to see if it under the correct format
  3. Hello We need to investigate, please contact UFile support with a copy of your file at support@ufile.ca
  4. Have you tired to reinstall UFile. sometimes with this error as you said its important to check under the CRA website to check if the return was received or not . I would suggest you send an email to ufile write a request to support@ufile.ca They will be able to look into the issue

If you are running a software firewall, please temporarily disable it or configure it appropriately. Depending on your firewall, you may need to allow "UFile" or "secure.drtax.ca". To remove UFile for Windows follow these instructions: 1. Go to "Start". 2. Go to "Settings". 3. Select "Control Panel". 4. In the "Control Panel", select "Add/Remove Programs". 5. Locate UFile 2013 and click "Remove". 6. Locate UFile Updater 2013 and click "Remove". To reinstall: 1. Download the latest UFile 2013 full installation from: http://downloads.drtax.ca/ufile/UF2013EGYH34U86GA23WHUS4/UFile2013.exe 2. Save it to your Desktop, then run (re-install) it from there. NOTE: Do not choose 'Run'. Choose 'Save' and save it to your Desktop, then run (reinstall) it from there. Please try running the program as the Administrator. To do this, hold down the SHIFT key and right-click the shortcut to UFile 2012. Select "Run As ..." in the pop-up menu. Choose to run it as the Administrator.
