  1. Hello everyone, I wish I can get some help here. My wife and I own a duplex in Montreal which has one renting unit. The house is on my name in the deed of sale and the mortgage is also on my name, but since we bought it after the marriage, do we consider as co-owner? Do we split half-half of the income and expense including interest, property tax and etc. when we claim our rental income? Thanks!
