  1. Hi guys, I have found a workaround for Windows. Please be warned that if are not computer savy, please do not do this!!! This is a hack, so use this at your own risk! I am not responsible for any damage that may result from this hack, so please only follow this if you are willing to accept the risk!! Here is what i did: 1. I backed up the content of this registry location first: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\App Paths\IEXPLORE.EXE namely (Default) and Path 2. Update the (Default) to point to your preferred browser's executable. Update Path as the path to your preferred browser. Not sure if it is necessary, but i ended the path with ; 3. Fire up Ufile and do your Auto-fill. (No instance of your preferred browser should be opened, else it will complain) 4. Restore the original values in the registry once you are done. I hope this instruction is clear for all you "hackers" out there. For those who are not, sorry...i wish there was an easier solution.
  2. same problem here. I really don't want to use IE. I don't feel safe using it. There has to be a solution for this! Does anyone know if there is tools out there to convert ufile format to other tax software's format?
  3. Hi, Is it normal that i get a T936 - CNIL form after carry forwarding from 2017? Let me know if you guys know. Thanks.
  4. After doing a carry forward, i see a section for capital gains (or losses) and ABIL section. Underneath that, i see: - inclusion rate for 2000 - capital gain history Is this something from the carry forward that I should keep on this file? or should i delete this too? I also see a bunch of empty T5's created after the carry forward. Those I had deleted. Thanks in advance, guys.
  5. Hi Grant, The button to delete the form is the minus sign with a circle around it. It took me a bit to figure that out.
  6. Hi, I am using netfile and CRA to retrieve my tax data. I noticed that CRA and Netfile retrieves their own copy of T4/RL-1 and T5. It seems to be duplicated. i just want to make sure with you guys that this is normal? Thanks, Har
