I selected for my husband the ON-BEN and added Application for Tax Credit as well as the form to fill out the information about property taxes paid and they show up on the bar on the left hand side as seen in the screenshot attached. However, when I click review, it does not show up in the Non-Refundable Tax Credit and when I looked over the PDF, it is not checked off on the Verification List (as in the screenshot attached) and there was no ON-BEN form generated. Please advise.
