  1. I am very disturbed by the lack of customer support for this product especially at this critical time of year. Since no one has responded to my issue either on the forum or in response to an email I sent to support at Ufile, I am going to use Turbo Tax.
  2. I'm going to request a refund if they don't address the issue I reported. This really pisses me off.
  3. Can someone please help me deal with the subject issue? UFile says I can't file electronically which is the whole reason I bough UFile.
  4. I am having the same problem. When I enter .01 into box 16 it say's I'm getting a 1cent refund. This is ridiculous. WTF is going on at UFILE??? This issue NEEDS TO BE FIXED NOW.
