My father-in-law purchased the UFile Pro (100) in December of 2018 which was received on 12-24-2018. On January 23, 2019 he passed away without opening the software. Is it possible to return the software (still in cellophane undisturbed) and get a refund for my mother-in-law? I tried going through email support with this question, but the person responding either didn't understand my question, ignored my question, or it might have been an automated response keying on the word "deceased." Either way, my question was not addressed.
Any suggestions or thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
