this is my first time using ufile for my income taxes (2018). I just completed both mine and my husbands. Both his federal and provincial went through accepted but only my provincial got accepted.
This is the message that got displayed:
One or more entries in your financial statement(s) require correction. The data entered is either invalid, or mandatory information is missing. If you are unable to resolve the issues, please contact your Software Developer.
How do I know where the correction needs to be made? I went back to check myself and I can't seem to find the missing entry. Has anyone had this problem and how did you fix it please?
