  1. Good news! I found the solution. Although only blank pages appear, I took a chance and clicked on Print PDF. The process then continued to the point where I was able to file my returns. AFTER filing, you can go back and then open the saved pdf file to have full access to the returns.

  3. ... and no answer to this question since March 26, 2019. I have the same problem so I can't file my returns.
  4. Ufile 2018 under Windows 10 reports that all has been entered and reviewed correctly. When I Click on Print, I get a list of pages in a panel on the left but only blank pages appear on the screen. The pages listed on the left are greyed out and can't be accessed at all. Clicking on Next gives no response. The counter indicates that I have NOT printed the return! HELP!!

    scam email?

Okay, I used the link and it brought me to the BUY NOW page. I put my selected item into the cart and selected checkout. After entering all of my personal information, I tried to enter my credit card number and there is no box to enter the number. I can enter the expiry date, but not the card number. There is no field for it. I am using the Chrome-based Vivaldi browser but I also tried on Firefox and the same problem exists. What's going on? Doesn't make the company look to good!

    scam email?

Is this email legitimate or phony? How can I tell? Each link opens to this address: http://links.ufile.ca/wf/click?upn=4B2loIOnlfqx6x-2FvxRXzAYsKZwrVuLBSh7I7SI-2BGAuLtnnlsc3yfzB0JApcqYuLbBdU714NYcslKGIy17ecxI4uhtZffl-2FuS5kUz2KcuU1rsMJphpIusHGA00icyBvTbuelg5FJEvR-2FGJE1sN-2FVWfA1QlijmtLOEyjpCa1KBwAIoDfJtiV7wQEC-2BahBtGBhs_PCUoqcHTpt9sLGntEi-2Fe4DuCWeHXLeeyQF-2B6a6foZNPLa-2BnUVgQ-2FC9T3BLi3hETuYFtxncDLVW1oFaOucrX6IqyViDkzSdWEJM6bqV6ZHS8kjxqJp1dsFTLVGs54viSewmjoevWOMG6B0mepfuPQvmMa6SukY6ddHgIjXZnfNci5lsyslMN77mD1F-2Br-2Fmwu7ce2a9vOxSigYKbtF8NN1Hwdit4uf1qpe9L2092lgwuu1FN8XZKEJ9IibvYF0qG0cm0e
  7. Thank you. Uninstall solved the problem
  8. When opening .u17 file, I get the message "Unable to locate UFile 2017. Please make sure that the application is properly installed on your system." It has been installed on D partition and works but does not find file. When I close the message, the correct u17 file opens. When I try to download info from government I get "Sorry, error occurred." Is it necessary to install ufile on drive C? Can I uninstall, then reinstall on Drive C and open previous u17 file from where it is stored on Drive D?
