    Changelog

    Hello, Thank you for the suggestion, we're definitely looking into implementing a changelog in the future. In the last versions 21.13 and 21.20: Added the ability to transmit via Netfile the T2203 (Multiple Jurisdictions) form. Improved the wording of some warning and error messages. Fixed an issue where an incorrect warning was generated if the Family Head is in Quebec and the dependent is in another Province. No more UFile updates are planned for this tax year.

    It usually means that another installation is currently in progress, perhaps Windows Updates? I suggest trying again later. If it still doesn't work, restart your PC and try again.

    adding new key or buying another UFile .

    I don't believe you need to purchase any extra keys since you have only used 2 out of 4 returns. Simply click on "Start on a new tax file" to create a new file for your daughter's return. You can also use another PC if you wish. To do so, download and install the latest version of UFile from https://www.ufile.ca/download and use your existing activation key.

    Hello The total income <= $25,000 rule is applicable to UFile for Windows 2016. Yes, it checks the line 150 of the Federal return in order to determine the total income.

  19. Hello Snirpy, I'm sorry you're having trouble filing. The Federal and Quebec errors indicate that an Internet connection could not be established. If the firewall is disabled, UFile should be able to establish an Internet connection but we will need more information to identify the cause. The printer message can be a Windows permissions issue with your printer. I suggest contacting support@ufile.ca for help with the issues you encountered.
  20. Hi Linx, Sorry to hear about your troubles. You can carry-forward your 2015 file information to UFile 2016 except if the 2015 file you're carrying forward has not been printed, saved as PDF nor Netfiled. In that case, only the basic information will be carried-forward.     How to install two UFILE in one computer?

    It's not possible to install 2 copies of UFile on one PC. If you purchased another copy, you can simply add the activation key to the UFile copy already installed. To do so, click on the "Add additional keys" button in the Start screen.
