  1. Hi, I tried to submit my 2016 Taxes with UFile 2016 using NETFILE but it says "rejected - your account is locked. If you need assistance, please contact us". But I am able to log into my CRA account on CRA's website and I have called CRA and they said my account is not locked. I believe there's a something wrong from your side (i.e. NETFILE not working?). Would someone be able to help? I found 2 other posts with the same issue, so I am not the only one. Thanks, George

    Account Locked

    My Netfile submission was rejected and now it's telling me my account is locked. the contact us link is to CRA but my CRA account is not locked. Has anyone seen this and been able to fix it? I've used UFile for years with no problems but I'm very frustrated with it now.
