Hi, I tried to submit my 2016 Taxes with UFile 2016 using NETFILE but it says "rejected - your account is locked. If you need assistance, please contact us". But I am able to log into my CRA account on CRA's website and I have called CRA and they said my account is not locked. I believe there's a something wrong from your side (i.e. NETFILE not working?). Would someone be able to help? I found 2 other posts with the same issue, so I am not the only one. Thanks, George
Hello, I'm having a problem with adding information as a family head on my account. It can't save what I entered me as a family head. It said on the screen "system working..." the page after. It is possible that the server won't accept me to open a new account because my father has an account with me as a dependent. I want to try to do the taxes myself only me in a separate account.
