  1. after filed electrically with confirmation last night, I realized I forgot to indicate non-capital loss from last year for the day after, can anyone advise how I can file again with non-capital loss? Thank you
  2. I have not report my 1st 60 days 2019 RRSP contribute in my 2018 tax return. I added a T1 adjustment in my 2019 ufile tax return and netfile 2019 tax return. After I netfile my 2019 tax return I follow the instruction in the link below trying to refile and efile my T1 adjustment form to CRA instead of mail it to them. http://community.ufile.ca/topic/8541-refile-2018/ after I follow all the steps which mention in the above link I have the CRA refile on the left side BUT on the right hand side the "CRA REFILE SURVEY QUESTION" block as showed in the instruction is missing. Any idea why and how can I refile and efile my T1 adjustment form to CRA. Thanks
  3. Where are the files stored that are actually sent to the CRA via efile? I believe they are .tax files. I cannot locate them on my PC. I know the CRA does not accept .uxx files.
  4. HI There, I just added my daughter as a dependent. Her review comes up fine but I can't generate a tax return for her or use netfile for her (even though everything indicates that she is eligible for Netfile..I have also used this software for years)> The program also prompts me to buy the software when I choose "tax return" for my daughter. It then tells me "no payment is required - I have already paid - then bounces back to MY file. Very frustrating.
  5. For the 2015 tax year, UFile says you can only "EFILE" using the Pro version. Does this mean the other versions do not support electronic filing and the returns must be printed and mailed? Also, which versions support the forms required to register self-employed business expenses and income?
  6. I am volunteering with the Community Volunteer Income Tax Program and trying to E file participant's tax returns but getting the following message: Error Code: The SOAP extension library is not installed. The files can be found on the Ufile CD in TOOLS\Soap3.0ToolKit. Anyone else get this or know how I correct it? I don't have the CD but downloaded the software instead.

    Error 2169

when filing a couples return I get a 2169 error which means there is a number in schedule 2 transfer from spouse (there is. it is $0.00) and no number on line 326 of schedule 1. It seems if you calculate a $0.00 on schedule 2 there must be a corresponding $0.00 on line 326 of schedule 1. The software does not do this. to have the spouse claim all creates a loss of almost $300.00. The couple is, understandably, not willing to accept this loss
  8. Hi 2 questions: Is the T2 program ready for efile? I see the personal version is not yet ready. For efiling, the program asks for a 5 digit federal file number for a corporation to efile, but none exists, CRA only issues a web access code, 8 numbers. So can I leave that box blank and use the 8 code number at the end to efile? On depreciation, isn't the program supposed to calculate it automatically? I'm entering the CCA amount and nothing is being calculated. Thx
