Re-downloading a purchased program

Recommended Posts

Hi,

I purchased and downloaded UFile 2011 a few days ago and my wife prepared her tax return yesterday. This morning my computer wouldn't start and I had to use the MS Startup Repair function to restore my computer to a previous configuration. As a result, the UFile 2011 program is no longer installed on my computer, although her data file is still there. How would I go about re-downloading the program I bought?

Thanks!

Hi,

My computer died and I now have a new one.  I've lost a lot of emails, so I don't have access codes anymore.  I also recently purchased 2 more returns, which I also lost, when my computer died.  Lastly, I need a copy of 2010 and access code for that as well.  How do I go about getting access codes for previously purchased downloads?

Thanks!

Nancy

Installation - Reinstall UFile 2010

Please make sure you have no other applications running during this process.

To remove UFile for Windows follow these instructions:

1. Go to "Start".
2. Go to "Settings".
3. Select "Control Panel".
4. In the "Control Panel", select "Add/Remove Programs".
5. Locate UFile 2010 and click "Remove".
6. Locate UFile Updater 2010 and click "Remove".

To reinstall:

1. Download the latest UFile 2010 full installation from UFile2010;
2. Save it to your Desktop, then run (re-install) it from there.

If that was a link in the second to last sentence, it didn't work for me.  Please provide a link to ufile 2010, so that I can re-install what I have already purchased.  I'm a bit frustrated now, as the links for 2011 and 2012 worked so well.  Can you not just post that same link, but for 2010?

Thanks!
