T5013 keep showing error although I entered all info required

T5013 keep showing error although I entered all info required. It said at least one mandatory field is missing. I compared all the data that I entered on tax year 2011 and tax 2012, the tax year 2011 showing no error but the tax year 2012 showing error. How could that be possible?

It did not said nor give me a clue, which make it so frustrating to locate the error. Sorry the actual error messages is:

 

Status: At least one mandatory field is still blank. What is the definition of mandatory fields -- it should be specified!

I have the same problem on the cost and expense section. All fields are filled with 0.00 and the system still keeping telling me there are is at least one mandatory field is missing.....please help.!!

Check and see if there is a TEXT field that needs to be filled in.  Don't have the software handy on this computer,  but i THINK there is a text string required in the top item that needs filling,  as well as the 0.00 in the numberical field...

To look into this issue, it would be very helpful if we could have access to view your tax file. In order to do this, please follow these steps:

 

1. Login to UFile ONLINE
2. Select "Help".
3. Choose "Support request form".
4. Answer the questions.
5. In the box, "If this is a follow-up, please enter your UFile request number here", enter the request number that appears in the subject line of this email (UFXXXXX).
6. Be sure to check the box "Check to authorize UFile to VIEW your tax file." *
