With this years donations of about 4000, Ufile is carrying forward ALL of the amounts. How can this possibly be if the final tax owed is $214. ????? TimWCallaway Posted May 1, 2014 Report Share Posted May 1, 2014 Consistently over the past week I have been faced with trying to override line 420 on my tax return. How do I do this as I have tried everything I can think of? I spoke with a CRA agent via phone last evening about the problem and eventually the only solution he could think of was that the software is somehow defective. Gabriel Posted May 1, 2014 Report Share Posted May 1, 2014 To avoid mistakes, you cannot actually override the amount on line 420 but it is calculated based on the data you entered. We would need more details about why you think this amount is incorrect and probably need to examine your return so the best option is for you to send a request to support@ufile.ca. Thank you.
