thebig2er 0 Report post Posted February 29, 2016 Every time i try to go anywhere in my return on ufile.ca i get the following error An error occurred while updating the entries. See the inner exception for details. Is there a work around or something I am missing?
wanttogettaxesdone 0 Report post Posted February 29, 2016 I am having the same problem. Won't let me get to "Review" bar or file my return. Earlier this morning I was able to get to "Tax Return", but when prompted to pay, I clicked "Buy Now" and it took me to an error page that said "Server Application Error". Extremely frustrating. jojo2016 0 Report post Posted February 29, 2016 I am also having the same problem this morning (was working fine until today).
wanttogettaxesdone 0 Report post Posted February 29, 2016 Yeah, it was working fine a few days ago and now nothing seems to work. I'm really surprised that they don't have a phone number to call. Email only support is so inefficient it is ridiculous.

lmlue 0 Report post Posted March 13, 2017 I'm getting this error message too. Happened after using CRA-Autofill. I'd already entered some of the information, so don't know if that might have caused issues. Might starting over help? If so, is there a quick way to reset my form? I get the error message when trying to remove information. Thanks!
ABmtl 0 Report post Posted March 16, 2017 An error occurred while updating the entries. See the inner exception for details. I've used ufile.ca for years and this is the first bug I can remember experiencing, but it's a big one as I can't proceed. Very dissapointing to see it's been ongoing for over a year now, based on the original date of this post. Suddenly, I'm considering Turbo Tax this year since I set aside time to do my taxes NOW... SheWorksHard 0 Report post Posted May 31, 2018 This is occurring for me for the first time using Ufile for many many years now. How do you resolve this error, once logged in, I cannot access my own file, nor my little one's, I am met with a spinning load, and the following error message: An error occurred while executing the command definition. See the inner exception for details. [OK] [Cancel] Please advise, thank you!
