Error 371 - NO RESPONSE FROM SUPPORT

I'm getting error 371 when using NETFILE.

 

When I view the EFILE Federal report I can clearly see that UFile has my tax start date INCORRECT. 

 

Specifically, it shows tax start date 2015-11-01 and end date as 2015-10-31. Go figure.

 

I have had ZERO response from Support after filing 2 tickets. What's going on with these guys?
