Activation on multiple profiles

Hi,

 

My wife and I have separate profiles on one Windows 8 box.

 

She installed Ufile (Impôt Expert) without any problems, but when I access it through my profile, the software asks me for the activation code.

 

We plan on making another installation on a second PC, so we don't want to use the code a second time on the same box.

 

Any ideas on how to solve this issue?

 

I sent in a support request Saturday, but since I haven't heard anything yet, I thought I'd give this forum a try.

Ah, so the software recognizes that it's the same machine and doesn't count it as a distinct activation?
