Nullable object must have a value error

Hello, when I tried signing into my 2017 account (or even 2016) I am constantly getting the error "Nullable object must have a value" with an option to click OK or Cancel.  It's constantly popping up and not letting me enter information properly.  Any suggestions?

Hi,

"Nullable object must have a value"

The error occurs when a user is behind a PROXY or other Web service which changes the users IP address during the session in UFILE.
Please try to open your account from a different location: home or office. 
If you still have difficulties, please try to open your account from this TEMPORARY url: 
https://secure2.ufile.ca

Please let us know if you still receive the error message.

Hi A7, I've got the same "nullable error" I tried the temporary link you provided but the CRA site shuts down with an error or time out when I try to autofill. I realize the complaints are from last year and I'm hoping some resolution has been found.
