Error connecting with CRA server. Please try again later.

Just purchased ufile 2018 for Windows (4 returns). Every time I try and auto fill I get an error saying “Error connecting with CRA server. Please try again later” however the CRA site is not down. Why is auto fill not working?

I, too, am getting the same message “Error connecting with CRA server. Please try again later” . This error keeps persisting after three consecutive days of trying to do CRA autofill.

 

I have checked my Windows firewall and antivirus so that it has greenlisted Ufile. I have also confirmed that my date/time are autoset with the correct daylight savings time toggle enabled.

 

Someone please help. I could have manually inputted my own CRA details by now. :(

I can access to CRA My Account with Chrome and IE.  Using Windows 10.  So no firewall/AV problem!

I'd say, folks, use the web(browser)-based uFile: no worry about installing and updating uFile, and I have been used uFile for many past years and no problems with downloading from CRA: only a few times CRA side is busy and I just re-try a little later.
