View or Print completed tax return (Tab 4)

UFile is giving me an error stating I have used all available tax returns, but when I check my tax return counter this is not the case and the return I am trying to view is included in the tax return counter. How do you resolve this error?

Hi,

The first time you visualize a tax return in Tax Return tab or submit it via NETFILE, this tax return is added to the program's counter, after clicking on "Accept" button.

Afterwards, you can make changes to that person's tax return for the year in question and view, print, submit via NETFILE, or save the return in .PDF format without it being added to the counter again.

Note, however, that if you change the person's SIN or date of birth on a return that was already viewed or submitted via NETFILE, the tax return will be treated like a new return by the program and added to the counter if you attempt to view or submit via NETFILE once again.

Therefore, it is very important to verify and confirm the person's SIN and date of birth prior to registering/adding the return to the counter.
