raymundove Posted June 1, 2019 Report Share Posted June 1, 2019 Cannot Open T2 2019 Return. All the other years (2018, 2017, etc.) and all the T1 filings work fine. Only the latest T2 errors out. The 2019 T2 used to work fine last week. I tried 4 different browsers, all on the latest release. The 2019 T2 is already paid. I do not want to try deleting it and recreating it. This is the error I get. " Sorry, an error occurred while processing your request" I already submitted a service request but just wondering if you have any ideas. raymundove Posted June 11, 2019 Author Report Share Posted June 11, 2019 The issue went away by itself, I assume UFile stores different customer data or filing years on different databases or cloud providers and when they came to the office on Monday, they repaired the issue affecting my return. thanks!
