Hi dennisrindsem, we do have a phone number for our premium clients and they do get a priority response with the same quality as our regular clients.

Really? Because I paid the extra $10 for premium service and have received zero information on how to access the promised support. I've tried calling the generic toll free number on your website and have been on hold for over an hour. Definitely seems like a waste of money to me. I need to talk to someone in person who understands the software, the FAQs, virtual assistant and help form are useless.

Hi Heathermac, in your Ufile account,

1) click on the help;

2) Then in the screen that appears click on "support request form";

3) Finally you will find the number at the bottom of the page "Support request form"
