I was having the same issue. Found the following solution about programs running but not showing in Windows 10: - Press and hold the Shift key, then right-click the stuck program in the taskbar to click Maximize. Then the program should display on your screen. I tried it with the Ufile2022 application and it worked. Just wanted to share in case someone else is in the same boat.
