Under what line should the payment for nursery tuition fees in pre-school be entered?

1. If a tax return was accepted by CRA last week and wanted to correct the previous Line number an amount was entered, can I Refile in Efile to change the Line number used? 2. If the homebuyer's amount for first time homebuyer was not included in the Tax return accepted by CRAlast week, can I Refile in Efile to include the homebuyer's amount before the CRA sends the NOA?
