☹️☹️☹️Ufile really sucks on support. I have submitted the same here as well as by email Ufile support. No response at all for both. It is time for me to switch to other Tax software.

I have property tax paid and is a senior qualified for OSHPTG. I have entered the "ON-BEN - Application for Ontario Trillium Benefit (Ontario sales tax credit, Ontario energy and property tax credit, Northern Ontario energy credit) and the Ontario Senior Homeowners' Property Tax Grant", and also included the information in the Owner declaration section. However, my property tax information is not being populated to box 61120 and therefore not calculating anything for OEPTC and OSHPTG for me to claim. I am using the 2021 Ufile for windows version. Can anyone help?

It seems to me that UFile has not solved the problem even now in 2021. I have the same problem of Property Tax Paid in 61120 not reflected and thus cannot claim OSHPTG . I have followed what pupuch06 suggested but still with no luck. I am using the 2021 Ufile for windows version. Can anyone help?
