  5. Hi @Leslie CartwrightYou are using the Online version which is different from the Windows version. The Windows package offers 4 tax returns but on Ufile online, you have to create a new account to do your parents return.

  9. Hi @Jen42, It is not your CRA account that is locked but your Netfile access. After several attempts it is blocked and you must contact the CRA and specify that your access is blocked.

Hi @Gayah, If you have received amounts related to the Canada Emergency Response Benefit (CERB) or the Canada Emergency Student Benefit (CESB), these amounts will be entered on the T4A slip in either of boxes 197, 198 and 199. In the "Left-side menu on the Interview tab", select "T4 and employment income", and on the screen, that appears on the right, choose "T4 income earned outside Quebec". 2. Enter the data from the T4 and select the province of employment in box 10. 3. You may have received an RL-1 slip with amounts showing in Boxes A, J and perhaps in Box E. If so, please return to the "Left- side menu on the Interview tab", select "T4 - Statement of remuneration paid (RL-1) with QPP contributions", and enter the data that appear on the RL-1 slip.

  23. Hi @marc4411, you bought an online version, so there is no activation code. You just have to login to your account and start your return.
