  1. Thank you. After reading the document, I think I need to fill out the T1-OVP form and submit no later than 90 days after the end of the year. Is the end of the year 2023? So that means it should have been done by March 30, 2024 or 2025?
  2. Hello. I contributed to RRSP in 2023 and I contributed to RRSP in January and February 2024. Among them, the amount of contributions in January and February exceeded the RRSP limit. This amount is $5,000. Is it okay to claim only the amount I contributed in 2023 and not claim for January and February RRSP? How do I put it in the ufile if this is possible? Thanks.
  3. I want to transfer the entire amount of my son's Tuition credit to me. But does it continue to apply to my son. I want to know what to do on ufile.
  4. My son is attending a university in Montreal. He received T4 and RL1 slips, both of which have the same content. My family lives in Pei now. I'm going to do a tax return with my son. I can input my son's T4 but I don't know which menu to put RL-1. RL-1 and T4 are the same content, should I put RL-1 as well?
  5. There are numbers in the CNIL item that I didn't even put in.What's this?
  6. The warning message keeps coming out of the ufile. I would like to exclude the February 2022 RRSP, which is over $350. Is it a problem? And I want to claim this part next year. Is it okay?
  7. Thanks. I am working on tax return for 2021. I'm just over $350 in my RRSP limit. Does your suggestion mean that if I claim all the excess amount in this tax return, the excess amount will be automatically deducted next year?
  8. I contributed to the RRSP in 2021 and contributed to the RRSP in January and February 2022. Among them, the amount contributed in February exceeded the RRSP limit. This is 350 dollars. Can I claim only 2 cases and not claim the last RRSP that exceeds the limit? Also, should I report this part when I claim next year?
  9. My son is a full-time student. He received a scholarship from the school. However, he omitted T4A when he reported tax returns last year. What should I do?
  10. I own a house abroad. The house is leased and rental income is reported in Canada every year. Can I claim the cost of going to my home abroad by plane to sign a lease or repair a house as a tax credit item? Thank you in advance.
  11. That's right. I downloaded 'Standard UFile Program'. What you're saying is, You mean I can use tax returns for my husband, my 19-year-old son, my 16-year-old son, and me. I want to transfer my son's credits to my husband. I tried to enter my son's T2022 yesterday, but I couldn't find the student item on my son's tab. But I found the student item on my husband's tab. How should I enter my son's T2202? Thank you in advance.
