Definitely a CRA thing, finally got through to them make sure you are talking to someone with E - service knowledge- they reset locked out portion - I resent it and got conformation number.

I net filed my tax yesterday it was accepted and I have a confirmation number, I tried net filing my wife’s return it was rejected and locked out. Can not get help from government assistance. How to unlock?
