So how does a person reset their password when told to do so when trying to log in, when in fact the email the reset link is being sent to is no longer in use and not accessible? I can't change the email if I can't log in.

Hi artfudd, you could have to go through the contact us form or pleaase send a request to our support desk at ufile@support.ca to solve this.
