I did my brother's income tax return and it came back with a lesser amount of a refund due to a net federal tax amount in his NOA about $1100 that showed $0 in the ufile summary. Can anybody clarify where I could have added this information? It is not an insignificant amount. Is this a glitch in the program? FYI I clicked on line 42000 in the federal portion of the review and it came as page can't be reached. It seems that the CWB is shown at a higher amount in ufile summary. The feds basically halved that amount.

I was sent the wrong link when I purchased in December 2020. I did get the link with the new program but no activation key from Vishaysingh on behalf of the UFile Team. I emailed back and Vishaysingh sent me 2 activation keys, but neither of them worked. I have emailed 3 times and been on hold for a total of 2 hours on the support line. This is not acceptable. I want to send my 95 year old mother's return by Netfile and I can't until I can activate the program. She is on a very fixed income and the extra money she gets from her return helps her survive! Somebody please help me!!
