I have same issue. I am completing the recaptcha field but yet doesn’t take me anywhere

Hello, I login this morning download the 2021 and want to continue now but it doesn’t seem I can log in again. I have no error message just i keep click sign in but it doesn’t take me anywhere. Tried 3 different browser. Can you please help
