I am an 83 yr old retiree and have been using Ufile for many years. I recently tried to log in my account to do my taxes using the same info used last year but the site tells me " You entered an invalid username or incorrect/expired password. Try again with a valid username or use the link below to change your password."

This is the same info I have used in the past few years to file my taxes and I have never requested to change my password. 

I have filed for 2019, 2018, 2017, 2016, 2015, 2014, 2013 etc and I have the confirmation numbers Ufile provided for these returns.

Where are these records ?

Now I have forgotten the security questions. I have spent more than 5 hours trying by phone to reach someone in person at Ufile without luck and now I'm very frustrated. All my emails have been responded to by an automated system which is of no help.

I would like to sign on to my user file which was used last year to file my taxes and this user profile also has my previous years data. I have uploaded the screen shot of what I get when I enter my username and last password used.

Please help me.
