Fixed by answering "No" to the question "Did this dependant have any income in 2020?" on the Dependant ID page. However, the above still seems like a bug in the software as it's directing the user to do something that cannot be done. With non-taxable income this is very confusing.

Hello, Upon reviewing the results for a family head and one dependant, a message states that the dependant cannot NetFile their return due to not having any income to report. The message further advises to tick the "No Income to Report" checkbox in the Interview Setup page of the dependant. However, this checkbox does NOT exist on the said page. Is this a bug in the software, or is something else possibly preventing this checkbox from appearing? Thank you in advance.
