  1. I am experiencing the same cryptic error message. I obtained my numbers directly from a QuickBooks Tax Summary Report. Could it be the signage of a particular GIFI Code Value? The Trial Balance in QuickBooks shows no issues and all accounts are assigned to valid GIFI Codes. I wish uFile had more documentation on both the GIFI Import feature and the GIFI Balance Sheet and Income Statement procedures.
  2. Same here and if you call the support line and press 5 for Ufile T2 they say to submit a request on line for support. It is now 4 days and they have not responded. It seems like they have zero support. It would be better for UFile to simply invest in some documentation and better error messaging for the product.
  3. Were you able to import a GIFI file in the end? Could anyone supply either the format required or a sample file that actually loads without an error message. I have tried importing from Quickbooks sample GIFI exports and it always fails without describing the problem or error.
