I've experienced problems with the software. Have called several times and keep getting told to put in a support form. Did that early last Wednesday. It's been over a week now without a response. Buyer beware. I doubt I will use UFile next year.

Yes @Nawal I have logged in and out several times. Again the field in EFILE setup won't accept the web access code. The error message remains "The accountant personal information is incomplete. This error prevents filing."

I'm having trouble net filing as the software won't allow me to enter my Web Access Code. The field will only allow a 5 digit entry - presumably an e-filer number. I think the error may have been that I originally completed the "Tax Preparer" page at the beginning, thinking that was myself. I've eliminated that information but keep getting error messages that won't permit a bar code to be generated (or netfile) because information in the Tax Preparer section is incomplete - even though it is completely blank now. Again, the program won't allow me to enter anything other than a 5 digit entry in the Web Access Code field.
