My son and I both get this message in the Information section at the bottom of our review pages, even though we did not work from home or do work outside of our employers listed on our T4 slips.

If you were required to work from home more than 50% of the time for a period of at least a month (four consecutive weeks) in 2021 due to COVID-19, consider completing Form T777S. We do not understand why we are getting this message, as we do not work at the same company, or even in the same city.
