I had to create a new return for 2020 but messed up the date of birth. So I needed to enter the correct date of birth. Both returns were counted on the counter. However, I can't access now to netfile. I can't find either file on my computer. Ufile support has been terrible. I don't think these should count as returns as they're not accessible. Please respond to my many email requests for support! I have been.a customer for 10 years and would appreciate a response.
