Hi, I need your help! I installed my 2021 UFile and it says I've successfully installed it, but it doesn't open. I keep clicking on its icon but nothing, IT DOES NOT LOAD! To make the matter worse since I installed 2021 UFile, my 2020 UFile doesn't open either. There is a glitch in your program because I'm not the only one, many people are complaining and no one knows what to do. I tried various links sent by UFile to reinstall it but they give the same result. It is extremely frustrating and I need my UFile up and running (running being the operative word).
PLEASE HELP!

I installed UFile 2021 and everything seems fine, but when I want to open it, it shows the logo and that's it, it does not load the program. I tried 2020 which was working fine before and that doesn't open either. Previous years open fine, so I don't understand what can be wrong. Any help would be appreciated.
