We have been (loyally) with UFile for many years. Hope you won't mind if we give a little feed-back.
At Login, the Captcha boxes are terribly blurry. We can understand that you want to keep non-subscribers out, but please keep it user-friendly to genuine regular subscribers. Then, as you get signed-in, a red box is displayed saying PAY NOW! (although you paid up weeks ago).
Navigating the site has some glitches:
1. Sheets that are deleted can re-appear.
2. You have to monitor closely what UFile is doing with shared-interest calculations - the UFile question "do you wish to transfer the remainder to your spouse's tax return?" is a weak instruction because one does indeed want the remainder to show up on the spouse's return, but if one clicks "YES", interest income shows up doubled. One has to indicate "NO".
3. This year (2021) Box-205 needed a Sherlock Holmes effort to locate it, since it was left out in the T4A sheet which only says .... "boxes 197 to 204 are entered as OTHER INFORMATION".
