HBP repayment: claim RRSP contrib from previous tax year?

Hi, I have $12k RRSP contribution room for 2021, I also have $4K HPB repayment left. Is it considered overcontributing if report in my tax file that I contributed $16k in RRSP for 2021 which $4K will be is designated as HBP repayment? thank you
