I bought ufile on-line with a 15% promo on Feb 02. Now I am told that what I bought was for the head of the household only. I am told to pay again to file for my spouse and/or dependants! This was definitely not disclosed when I made my purchase. No choice but to pay again! I think most of these "pay again" problems are the same issue.
