Should I wait the tax receipts for the first 60 days for my RRSP or I can file now and file those as "unused" for 2022 in 2023 tax filing? Thank you!

Hello! My husband and I added the "Ontario Tax Credits" tab and we indicate that we are sharing between spouses. My question, should I "add" the ON-BEN for each Ontario Trillium Benefit and the Ontario Senior Homeowners' Property Tax Grant on both of our profiles? I am just confused because we chose "let maxback decide" for both of our profiles. Thank you!
