Got an answer to this issue (and it works) 1. On the "Left side menu on the Interview tab", select "Interview setup".2. On the right-hand of the screen, go to the 'Other topics" group, check the box for "Other deductions and credits and click "Next" at the bottom of the page.3. Return to the "Left side menu on the Interview tab", select the "Other deductions and credits"4. Click on the plus "+" icon to the right of the line "Federal line 31350 - Digital news subscription expenses"

I ran into the same problem. I tried their Help Desk, first an unintelligible response, second try CRICKETS
