After opening a support ticket (and not even receiving the usual unrelated suggestions!) I just reopened UFile web after leaving it for a bit more than two hours. The negative value warnings have disappeared. Everything seems back to normal now.

I have the exact same problem with regard to reports of negative values. The values do seem to all come in properly. It came immediately after I used the CRA autofill. There are no negative numbers that I can see anywhere in my return. Clicking on the "Click here to review..." only results in a constantly "please wait" moving bar.
