I purchased UFILE online on Feb. 24, 2022 and completed both mine and my spouse's return. I was able to successfully NETFILE my return, however when I tried to NETFILE my spouse's return it asks me to pay again! I have been a UFILE customer for years, and have always been able to NETFILE my spouse's return with UFILE without an extra cost. Plus , I know that you can file up to 4 returns. So why do I have to pay an extra 13$. I have tried to skip that payment but the program will not allow me to do so. I also checked on my bill of sale, and I cannot find a voucher code. I would like this resolved very quickly because my return has already been filed and I will not receive my refund until my spouse's return is filed. I have been a loyal customer for many years, and if this issue is not resolved immediately , I will NEVER USE UFILE again, and neither will many of my relatives! Thank you for your PROMPT ATTENTION to this PROBLEM!
