  1. Hello, I've setup Two-Factor Authentication on my account 1-2 years ago and it was working fine. I recently got a new mobile phone which I've setup and then reset my old mobile without deregistering it with Netfile. The net result is that I can't log into my account anymore as I don't have access to my old mobile phone and I don't have the 16-character Recovery Key. I need a way to de-register my old mobile or register my new mobile and setup MFA again for my account. Bottom line, I need an option to gain accept to my account again. Thank you for all the help, this is time-sensitive.
